STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

This bill has quite literally taken months to get through, beginning during the end of the last term, and I was in the House for almost all of it. I myself have worked very hard on this bill with the cooperation of End and others, and I'm proud to say that we got it to a workable point. The first time around, it was proposed in a half-baked state, and I did not support its passage.
This time, literal weeks were given before the bill even went up to vote, with multiple calls for feedback and revision, and End was incredibly active in ensuring everything was properly addressed. Well...

Achievements in June:
- Implemented new electoral transparency measures
- Preparations for National Census (now scheduled for each term)
- More internal record keeping
- Minor SOTC delegation improvements
- Conducted Presidential Election and several other elections
- Hired new Auditor and new Electoral Officer

Department of Construction & Transport (DCT)
Achievements in June:
The Department of Construction and Transport makes regular announcements in it's Department Discord. You can join here Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games to learn about our progress as it happens!
1. All policies and guides reviewed, reformatted, and republished.
2. Discord reorganised.
3. Commenced work on major urban renewal projects in the city's east.
4. Broke down large plots into smaller plots to increase plot supply.
5. Actioning pastes and eviction auctions to clear the back log.
6. Started construction on a grocery market

Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in June:
* Processed all outstanding payments and applications from prior months.
* Officially rolled out the Pharmacies update, as set up by Former Secretary crytiee.
>> Updated the pharmacy rules and information and setup the registration process on forums.
* Coordinated with staff to fix several broken command logs and add several new ones for better internal monitoring.
* Coordinated with staff to determine fixes for contagious disease settings
* Restructured the entire isolation floor at the Reveille Main Hospital to account for contagious disease settings.
>> To accommodate for this, had to relocate exams to the university hospital, which will later become the go-to in-game location for all medical information if people want to learn more.
* Updated DoH documentation
Goals for July:
* Updating health treatment pricing
* Increasing compensation to Doctors
* Fully utilizing the University Hospital for exams, guides for Trainee prospects, classrooms for Medical Specialists, disease information for general public.
* Start discussions with staff on possible Paramedic re-introduction and technical setup/limitations.
* Update to Epidemiologists tasks; more available jobs to do internally.
Approximate Funds Spent:
* Medicare spending: ~$81,000
>> This includes a spike in treatments during a two-day period of the health plugin being set incorrectly.
* Employee work compensation: ~$155,000
>> This amount includes late payments from April and May: $56,500
* Total spending: ~$236,000
(Minus the anomalous late payments: ~$179,500)
I want to thank all DoH personnel that assisted during the short pandemic that we had to deal with before the plugin settings were patched. I also seriously cannot thank the staff team enough. I have been bugging you with so many little tweaks, fixes, additions and so on and you've gone and sorted everything out. All staff are incredible and I am immensely grateful and appreciative of your time and efforts!
Department of Commerce (DOC)
Achievements in June:
Dealing with the Vanguard liquidation and financial crisis
Goals for July:
The Department is working towards finding a solution for the Financial Crisis in coordination with the Federal Reserve and helping to implement such a change. We also plan on starting new auditing procedures to better scan Financial Institutions for problems.

Department of the Interior (DOI)
Achievements in June:
- Released tenders
- Recruited two new rangers, and one new supply officers
- Planning for farmland regulations
- Group removal day with the highest attendance this year
- New Senior Ranger commands for landscaping
- Implemented locked items log for randomly locked debris found by rangers
- Stray animal log to ensure rangers are paid for rescuing abandoned animals
- Increased bonus for pure landscaping reports
- Fixed oakridge shelter issue with foxes
- Cat cafe planning
- Planning farming regulations, willow and zoo documentation.
Goals for July:
- New zoo and new supply depot (thank you End and the DCT)
- National Park potentially (thank you DCT)
- More tenders
- More group removals

Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Achievements in June:
- Instituted a pay system per activity completed
- Began more consistant and fast handling of tickets through assigning and compensation
- Hired more detectives and PO's
- All non-LOA recruits are trained
Goals for July:
- New training guide will be completed
- Judiciary verdicts will be modified and streamlined
- Army will have it's nominee officially announced and work will begin on structure

$0 at time of this report (06/29/25), likely will be closer to $50,000.
Department of Justice (DOJ)
Achievements in June:
- 7 lawsuits filed against the Commonwealth have been resolved. 5 have been adjourned in favor of the Commonwealth, the other 2 have been settled.
- 2 criminal lawsuits filed by the Commonwealth have been resolved, one of them resulting in a criminal being punished for their crimes.
- Created policy for organizing mock investigations to train our new investigators.
- Hired multiple new investigators, bringing the RBI to a point where we are no longer needing to look for new employees and can comfortably handle all required work.
Goals for July:
- A big increase in the amount of criminal prosecutions being started
- Continuing to successfully defend the Commonwealth in any legal proceedings
- A new payment policy to ensure all our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work
- A review and update of the current department policies
- Increased clarity about case assignments and case progress & More responsibility and clarity to be given to the prosecutors in our department. This will be done through appointing a main prosecutor to each case who shall serve as the point of contact for all other prosecutors and directly update department management about the progress of the case.

TOWN STATUS
Town of Oakridge
Achievements in June:
- pasted a new observatory
- almost finished the mixed use area near the station
- ran and completed over 30 auctions earning over 375k
- created new rentals in yesterday's main street

Town of Aventura
Achievements in June:
Finish and pasted Elysian Fields adding over 50 new plots to Aventura.
Finish and pasted Falkenberg adding a new area for people to explore and live.
Began auctions for Elysian Fields plots.
Started Project Sea life giving players a new way to sell us fish and coral for a good price.
Hosted the Aventura town hall feedback event, The Rep debate and Falkenberg Hide and Seek.
The Aventura Museum was finally finished and pasted, this project had sat half completed since December.
Mayor discord changes which includes updates to roles, new stickers and emojis, a Server Tag. We made sure our resident role was up to date and removed it from inactive players.
Thanks to the help of our new head of Admin we now have Approval ratings allowing players to give us direct feedback each month.
Fired inactive council members to keep Aventura active.
Thanks to the amazing work of the Dep mayor Katto, with my help. Aventura now has up to date wiki pages for all of you read as well.
Goals for July:
The return of Aventura auctions, after their pause mid June.
New build regulations allowing people to easily find the rules on plots.
We have promised it each SOTC but finally the new constitution thanks to our amazing chief legal.
More events and a plot giveaway.
Newport, a upcoming paste finally bringing life to the Northern part of Aventura.
Aventura lagoon and boat shop, also on the northern part of Aventura. Aventura lagoon is a small area for people to explore with hidden caves and the boat shop allows players to buy boats and use them to travel across the Aventura oceans.
We will also begin working on project ocean, adding a new type of boat plot and newer and nicer yachts. This project will also change the yacht yard and boat dock to a newer nice design. And that's not it, listening to your feedback we will also be adding things to the Aventura oceans for you to find and explore such as a ship wrecks with hidden rewards.
