STATE OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

Achievements in August:
- Completed 3 audits including internal DOS audit
- Completed July SOTC report
- Ran RBA Elections

- Updating/creating guides and templates

Department of Construction & Transport (DCT)
Achievements in August:
CONSTRUCTORS
- Redone Reveille's main hospital gardens
- Terraforming around the Industrial District
- Car Dealership has been moved around
- Alleyways around the outer parts of the city have been removed to make bigger plots
- Introduced systems to prevent abuse in the Construction World
BUILDING INSPECTORS
- Implemented a strike system to make BIs more accountable for their activity
- Reintroducing BI of the Month starting on Sep 1st for the month of August
OTHER
- Player Build World Applications now have an actual form
- Updated the Eviction Auction Policy to account for Auctions which don't receive bids
- General Channel Consolidation in the DCT Discord
- Creation of the resources page on the forums (consolidating all the different links and messages that were floating around the DCT Discord)
- Player Build World permissions are now permanent
- A LOT of Auctions
Goals for September:
CONSTRUCTORS
- Consolidated and more In-Depth Guide
- Continued work on the Park Project
- New port
- Expanded RH plots
- Building Classes
- Any other projects that pop-up within the next month
BUILDING INSPECTORS
- Clarified 'Completed Building' Definitions
- Updated/Consolidated Guide
- Higher Activity requirements
- Clarified system to promote Trainee BIs to normal BIs
OTHER
- Policy Updates regarding Licences
- Finished Auctions
- New ticket guide and restructure to the team regarding tickets
- Food Truck Event

Department of Health (DOH)
Achievements in August:
We have been working hard to gather more employees. We also have done really cool bonuses for our Doctors. All of DOH's bugs also got fixed this month
Goals for September:
Pharmacies + pharmacist job rework

Department of Commerce (DOC)
Achievements in August:
The Department of Commerce has begun tearing out outdated policies and practices and restructuring the Department. We disbanded all bureaus/teams and created two essential organs of the Department: Compliance & Commerce Bureau as a reflection of the law.
The Department also recently introduced ITOs and will be able to track the activities of all financial institutions within the next week which will ensure compliance and make for more reliable government revenue from the financial industry.
Goals for September:
The DOC will continue to reform its policies to be in compliance, and I personally will be performing activity and quality checks (with possible risk of termination) of Department employees to make sure we have the right people in the DOC.
Approximate Funds Spent:
$8,000 - 1 grant was approved
Department of the Interior (DOI)
Achievements in August:
- Hired a multitude of new Rangers
- Fired inactive Rangers (and removed in-game roles of some former employees)
- Updated forum guides and resolved all pending applications
- Completed 2 tenders
Goals for September:
- Implementation of new policies to increase activity
- Regular employee feedback forms
- Bring back Supply Manager???
- More tenders

Department of Public Affairs (DPA)
Achievements in August:
I’ve just came into this position however i’d like to say more event coordinators were hired, the DPA is working on some major city events, and new management has been brought to the table.
Goals for September:
- Major city events are to happen this month
- Public debates
- New position for the Media Team
- Weekly events
