COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFFS

SomeDankGamer:
"On July 7th, 2026, at 8:31 PM EDT, Plaintiff SomeDankGamer posted an auction in the DemocracyCraft Discord marketplace for a Maxed Elytra. The Defendant, Sasharik228, placed a bid of $3.100 on the same day at 8:42 PM EDT, which remained the highest bid when the auction ended. The Defendant was given a few days to provide payment, but they never did even when asked. The Plaintiff asserts that this is a clear breach of contract by the Defendant. The plaintiff then sold to the second highest bidder at $3.000 resulting in a loss of profit of 100$"

lnvlsbie:
"I was bidding at the discord auction which had started at 8th of July of 2026 12:03 AM CEST, which I had won as the highest valid bid at 510$ for a sharpness 5 netherite sword from a crate. I had then pinged the defendant twice and told them the auction was legally binding as they hadn't reached out. They then said, direct quote: "I will mail it to you later today" on 10th of July of 2026, and then on 12th of July of 2026 at 2:13 AM CEST I said, direct quote: "Ty" and paid them the 510$. One day after that I had pinged them and asked when they are gonna send it with no response. Today, 1:30 AM CEST 13th of July of 2026, I had said I will be pursuing legal action."

II. FACTS
1. Plaintiffs were bidding and hosting 2 seperate auctions, one winning one auction and the other hosting another.
2. One plaintiff (lnvlsbie) paid their bid after defendant claimed they will parcel them the item.
3. The other plaintiff (SomeDankGamer) sold to 2nd highest bidder.
4. Defendant has not parceled the Plaintiff (lnvlsbie) the item won.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant has caused one plaintiff a loss of 100$.
2. The defendant has caused one plaintiff a loss of 510$.
3. The plaintiff had caused loss of enjoyment to both plaintiffs.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensation of 100$ for loss of profit to plaintiff (SomeDankGamer).
2. Compensation of 510$ in for breach of contract to plaintiff (lnvlsbie).
3. Compensation of 5.000$ for loss of enjoyment to each plaintiff.
4. Compensation of 5.000$ to each plaintiff as punitive damages.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
