The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
This Act may be cited as the “Severely Limit Interactions of Murder and Execution Act” or as the “SLIME Act”.
1. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons

And I’m from the murder capital where they murder for capital
Heard about at least three killings this afternoon
Looking at the news like, "Damn! I was just with him after school"
No shop class, but half the school got a tool
And a "I could die any day"-type attitude
Plus his little brother got shot reppin' his avenue
It’s time for us to stop and redefine gun power
Forty-one souls murdered in fifty hours

Is it genocide?
'Cause I can still hear his mama cries
Know the family traumatized
Shots left holes in his face about piranha-sized
The old pastor closed the cold casket
And said the grave ain’t got enough room for all the tombs
It’s a war going on outside we ain’t safe from
I feel the pain in my city wherever I go
314 soldiers died in Iraq, 509 died in Willow.

3 – Terms

Replace “Murder
Murder is the act of unlawfully killing another player.
Note: This law overrides Attempted Murder.
Per Offence: $100 Fine + 10 Minutes Jail”

With “Murder
Murder is the act of unlawfully killing another player
Note: this law overrides attempted murder, assault, and trespassing
First Offense: $100 fine + 10 minutes jail
Second Offense: $200 fine + 20 minutes jail
Third offense and on: $300 fine + 30 minutes jail + Revocation of firearms license

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “SLIME Removal Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
(1) Progressive punishments for murder are hard to track and complicate the Dept. Justice's role.
(2) The passing of the murder act is contrary to the punishments listed in this bill.

3 - Terms
The SLIME Act is rescinded.
