RESOLUTION
To

Promote the termination of Secretary Skywat4​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:

1 - Short Title
(1) This Resolution may be cited as the 'Sky's the Limit Resolution.'
(2) This Resolution has been authored by: Rep. GoldBlooded
(3) This Resolution has been co-sponsored by: Sen. Nacholebraa

2 - Reasons
(1) WHEREAS, the Congress of the Commonwealth of Redmont is responsible for the welfare and education of its citizens, including ensuring the efficient operation of the Department of Education; and
(2) WHEREAS, the Secretary of Education plays a vital role in the development and administration of educational policies, programs, and initiatives within the Commonwealth of Redmont; and
(3) WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Congress of the Commonwealth of Redmont that Skywat4, the incumbent Secretary of Education, has demonstrated inactivity and left the position without prior notice, thereby jeopardizing the continuity and effectiveness of the Department of Education; and
(4) WHEREAS, the citizens of the Commonwealth of Redmont rely on the Department of Education to provide quality educational opportunities and support to the citizens; and
(5) WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, with the approval of Congress, to appoint and oversee cabinet members, including the Secretary of Education, and to ensure they fulfill their duties; and
(6) WHEREAS, it is necessary to take immediate action to address the issue of inactivity and the lack of notice to safeguard the educational interests of the citizens of the Commonwealth;

3 - Removal of Skywat4
(1) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Congress of the Commonwealth of Redmont that we hereby call upon the President of the Commonwealth of Redmont to terminate Skywat4 from the position of Secretary of Education, effective immediately, due to inactivity; leaving without prior notice, and lack of communication in doing so.
(2) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this decision is made in accordance with the relevant constitutional provisions and legal requirements governing the appointment and removal of cabinet members within the Commonwealth of Redmont.
(3) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be transmitted to the President of the Commonwealth of Redmont for their immediate consideration and action.
