20k will be dedicated to pay journalists in the organization, 5k will be dedicated to job advertisements and growing of the organization, and 10k will be dedicated to funding news and media events to be held by RazNews in the future.

Could you give a clearer breakdown of employee salaries?

Per published article employees get about $3k currently, but with increased funding I plan on increasing the pay four our journalists to about $5k per published article. Depending on the amount of articles that are made by a journalist, and whether or not I believe they are worth publishing, pay can vary for employees under RazNews.

Currently there is only one employee, that is why I'd like 5k for advertising job positions in RazNews and hopefully hiring new journalists to the team.
