Amend the Sign Abuse Act

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Sign Abuse Act Amendment”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reason
(1) To include jail time as a punishment for sign abuse

3 - Motion Amendments
The following changes from (a) to (b):
(a) The frivolous use of a government service sign, such as, but not limited to, the doctor call-out sign, the ranger call-out sign, and the tour guide call-out sign.
First Offence: $40 Fine
Second Offence: $80 Fine
Third Offence: $200 Fine + 15 Minutes Jail
(b) The frivolous use of a government service sign, such as, but not limited to, the doctor call-out sign, the ranger call-out sign, and the tour guide call-out sign.
First Offence: $40 Fine + 5 Minutes jail
Second Offence: $80 Fine + 10 Minutes jail
Third Offence: $200 Fine + 15 Minutes Jail
