The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

"I have been blackmailed into making weapons for someone without a licence"

II. FACTS

• The defendant gave the plaintiff a book containing a list of weapons and a threat {P-001, P-002}.
• The defendant did not possess a valid firearms licence {P-003}.
• The defendant subsequently made a further threat using /murmur {P-004}.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Misleading Conduct in Trade or Commerce
Violation Type: Intentional/Negligent
Remedy: Up to 250 Civil Penalty Units; Rescission
A person commits a violation if the person:
(a) engages in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, or likely to mislead or deceive another person in connection with the promotion, sale, or supply of goods or services.
This violation shall not occur where:
(b) the conduct constitutes puffery (obvious exaggeration); or
(c) the plaintiff failed to exercise reasonable care in relying on the conduct.
2. The Defendant intentionally misled the Plaintiff into entering into an unlawful trade and subsequently threatened to report the Plaintiff to the Department of Justice, thereby causing the Plaintiff to suffer harm and placing the Plaintiff under undue pressure.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Misleading Conduct in Trade or Commerce
30000 DCC in punitive damages according to the remedy stated in the misleading conduct in trade or commerce (250 PU)
2.9000 DCC in legal fees; totalling 30% of the punitive damages.

Totalling $39,000 DCC
