Withhold representation of the Executive
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Secretarial representation act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.


2 - Reasons
(1) The Executive Secretaries of Redmont withhold a supremacy which shall be viewed with responsibility, integrity, and role model idolization. This act will assist in maintaining a proper representation of our Secretaries.

3 - Terms
(1) Any secretary who partakes in any of the following shall be reviewed by congress and the Justice Department.

- 13.5 Bank robbery ( First offense)
- 13.13 Possession of a weapon of mass destruction ( Second Offense )
- 13.12 Use of a weapon of mass destruction ( First offense )
- 13.9 Harassment ( First offense)
- 13.5 Murder ( An offense rate of 9+ )
- 17.4 Public nuisance ( First Offense )
- 17.9 Slander ( Second Offense )
- 17.11 Breach of Copyright ( Second Offense)

(a) Every punishment is decided via congress after discussion with the Justice Department once person in question is found guilty of a listed charge.
