To

Amend the Constitution

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Second Vice President Amendment Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon the next presidential term.

2 - Reason
The Second Vice President will act as a back up for the Vice President if the Vice President is vacant.


3 - Amendments
(1) Under "President & Cabinet" change the "Role of the Vice President" to "Role of the Vice Presidents"
(2) Add Under "Role of the Vice Presidents":
The Second Vice President will assist and advise the President and Vice President in their duties. When the President nor the Vice President is able to fulfill their duties, the Second Vice President assumes the role of President in an Acting capacity, bearing all responsibilities and powers of the President. The Second Vice President will also become the Vice President, should the incumbent Vice President assume the role of President.
(3) Add to "Order of Succession":
Vice President
Second Vice President
Speaker of The House of Representatives
President Pro Tempore of The Senate
Secretary of the Department of State.
Secretary of the Department of Justice.
Secretary of the Department of Education & Commerce.
Secretary of the Department of Public Affairs.
Secretary of the Department of Construction & Transport.
Secretary of the Department of Health.
Secretary of the Department of Environment & Recreation.

3 - Additional Roles
(1) The role of Third Lady will also be established, as the consort to the Second Vice President.
