Stop Big Lava
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
PART I — PRELIMINARIES
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(A) This Act may be cited as the “Say No to Big Lava (SNBL)”.
(B) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(C) This Act has been authored by Representative Gluonmaster.

(E) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative NovaKerbal.
(F) This Act amends the following acts:
(i) Criminal Code Act
2 - Reasons
(A) Every day coal miners work hard to provide high quality coal for use as fuel in furnaces. However, their efforts are all for nothing since "Big Lava" a group consisting of businesses that sell cheap lava are driving them out of buisness.
(B) This act will take the fight to "Big Lava" and provide salvation for coal miners. This will be done by criminalizing the sale of lava.
(C) These limits will only be enforced within Redmont and thus not impact the Wilds. The Wilds will remain a bastion for lava.
PART II — Contents
3 - Amendments to the Criminal Code:
(1) PART VII: CORPORATE OFFENCES of the Criminal Code Act shall have the following appended at the end of PART VII:
"
33 - Selling Lava
Offence Type: Indictable
Penalty: Up to 200 Penalty Units; Up to 10 minutes imprisonment
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) has been reasonably warned about this act, is active on the platform where the sale of lava is, and yet does not shut down their sale of lava as detailed by the Say No to Big Lava Act.

4 - Definitions:
(1) Lava refers to the item bucket of lava.
(2) A "reasonable warning" for the purpose of this act means that if the average person was informed in the way the accused was informed, they would know that this act exists and they could potentially be found in violation of it.
(a) If someone was informed a long time ago about this act, where they could forget it existed, then that's not considered a reasonable warning.
(3) The phrase "is active on the platform where the sale of lava is" for the purpose of this act means:(a) If the lava sale is happening through a chestshop, then the platform is ingame.
(b) If the lava sale is happening through discord, then the platform is on discord.
(c) If the lava sale is happening through any other online place, then the platform is on that online place.
