Prevent People From Hearing Jokes, Issued, Spawned, Summoned,Vocalized, etc. By Muffins29

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Save The Ears Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: MilkCrack

2 - Reasons

1. Stop Muffins from having the ability to harm people with poor jokes.
2. Stop the suffering of people’s ears, as they receive auditory input of Muffins, terrible jokes.

3 - Applicable Jokes

1. Any joke issued or spoken by Muffins29 (Henceforth ‘Muffins’) is applicable for this law and the correlating punishments.
   1. Exceptions are only jokes where Muffins has explicit Presidential Permission. If the joke is not permitted by the President, it is applicable for the punishments cited in this law.
      1. The President must first file a request of approval for any joke to the Senate, after Senate approval, The President may issue permission for the joke.

4 - Punishments

1. Muffins is punishable by the following code, this is applicable as cited by Section
   1. Any Joke Muffins unlawfully issues is to be punished by a fine system.
      1. Any victim subjected to an unlawful ‘Muffins Joke’ is to be allocated $5 in reparations, per joke. This payment is to be collected at the discretion of the victim, and is not a mandate.
