Hi @sandpoop thank you for your Company Docket submission! Could you please address the following discrepancies:
  • In-game DB in Certificate of Formation is inaccurate - Please update the Certificate to list "Sandy_Construction" instead of "Sandy Construction" for the in-game company.
  • Missing Legal Suffix in Registered Name - The legal name of the entity under "Entity Name" in the PDF is Sandy Construction LLC. The legal suffix must be included in the docket post.
  • Incorrect Officer Designation - The company is manager-managed, and the designated Manager, sandpoop, is already legally registered in the Directors field per Legal Entity Act Part V, Section 5(2). "CEO" is a corporate officer title and is not appointed or established anywhere in the LLC's Formation Instrument. Since the LLC has no separately appointed corporate officers, this field must state N/A or None.
