Remove Safe Zone Laws​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Safe Zone Reform Act".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Purpose
(1) As it stands, players can be charged for possessing a weapon in a "safe zone" such as the hospital or spawn.
(2) This law poses no actual benefit, as many safe zones, such as spawn and the hospital, already disable PvP.
(3) This law is restrictive on gun owners and armourers trying to do transactions at spawn - especially given the lack of chestshop transactions for guns.
(4) This bill hereby removes the Weaponry in Safe Zones law.

3 - Amendments
1) Hereby amends the "Saviour Act" with the following provisions:
2. Under Section 3 "Terms" removes:
"Weaponry in safe zones is act of The possession of weapons in safe zones (Hospital, Spawn, Capitol, Government House, and the Courthouse). Its punishment is:
First Offence: Verbal Warning
Second Offence: $40 Fine
Third Offence: $60 Fine + 5 Minutes Jail"
