He false muted me under the pretence of i was begging/ spamming which i did neither of you can tell me if this was spamming and i will send additional proof in a reply

The wrong format, the wrong forum ( I moved it here), and generally just not a complaint.
This seems more like a staff issue, however, if you want to get a lawyer. In #links there are some law firms or go to the RBA Discord Join the Redmont Bar Association Discord Server!.
I will not charge you with a frivolous court case or contempt of court this time. However, next time if you want to file a case yourself make sure to follow the court procedure guides provided.
