Case Filing

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Royal Bank of Redmont (Represented by KeystoneLaw)
Plaintiff

v.

IgnatiusFiery
Defendant

COMPLAINT

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

I lent the money to IgnatiusFiery to fund his political ambitions. He went off to fail on his obligations to pay the 95k loan which they owe 80,042.72 . But if what they owe me due to term length and compound interest can be put into perspective of my investment, they have made $4021.36 in payments. I am simply asking to collect as much of my investment as possible

I. PARTIES

1. The Plaintiff, Royal Bank of Redmont (RBR), is a financial institution operating within the Commonwealth of Redmont.
2. The Defendant, IgnatiusFiery, is an individual who entered into a loan agreement with the Plaintiff on July 24, 2026.

II. FACTS

1. On July 24, 2026, the Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a loan agreement where the Plaintiff agreed to loan the Defendant $95,000 at an interest rate of 3.8% biweekly.
2. Under the agreement, the Defendant was required to repay the loan through twelve biweekly installments of approximately $10,005.34, for a total scheduled repayment of $120,064.08.
3. Both parties expressly accepted the terms of the agreement, and the Plaintiff subsequently transferred the agreed $95,000 to the Defendant.
4. The agreement was secured by the Defendant's ownership interest in the Ignatius Blazing Lions football team.
5. The Defendant made several payments toward the loan, including payments on August 11 and August 30, 2026.
6. According to the Plaintiff's records, the Defendant subsequently failed to satisfy the remaining repayment obligations, including installments reportedly due on October 2 and October 16, 2026.
7. Section 10 of the agreement establishes that an installment remaining unpaid for five days following its due date constitutes an Event of Default. Two consecutive missed installments also constitute an Event of Default.
8. Section 11 provides that, following an Event of Default, the Plaintiff may declare the outstanding debt immediately due, and demand repayment of the outstanding principal, accrued interest, applicable penalties, and reasonable enforcement costs.
9. Despite receiving the loan proceeds, the Defendant has failed to repay the outstanding debt in accordance with the agreement.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. Breach of Contract: The Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a valid agreement establishing enforceable repayment obligations.
2. The Plaintiff fulfilled its contractual obligations by providing the Defendant with the agreed loan proceeds of $95,000.
3. The Defendant breached the agreement by failing to make the required repayments.
4. Pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the agreement, the Defendant's failure to satisfy the repayment obligations constitutes an Event of Default, entitling the Plaintiff to exercise the remedies listed in the agreement.
5. As a direct result of the Defendant's breach, the Plaintiff has suffered severe financial damages consisting of the outstanding principal, accrued interest, and any applicable contractual charges.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF:

The Plaintiff wishes the Court issue the following for the Plaintiff against the Defendant:
