Prevent hoarding and unauthorized claim of office spaces

The people of DemocracyCraft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into laws:

1 - Short title and enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Right of Office Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act was authored by Representative Eastray_.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Deputy Speaker Figomessi77.

2 - Reason
(1) To prevent non-government officials/employees from claiming offices (rent spaces) inside the Official Government Department’s buildings, the Capitol Building and the Court House or any government-private offices. This also applies to private offices preserved for an organization/company’s employee.
(2) To prevent employees of the department from hoarding all the office spaces (rent spaces) of that department for personal uses without permission from the Deputy Secretary or Secretary.

3 - Term
3.1 - Definition of "Government":

3.2 - Core
A new law under “PvP and Trespassing” called “Unauthorized Office ownership” shall be added:
13.18 - Unauthorized Office ownership:
(1) A person is guilty if they are found stealing or taking control of the government’s offices in the branches that they don’t work for.
(2) A person is guilty if found stealing or taking control of, without the permission of the owner, an organization/company’s private office preserved for its employees only.
The Department of Justice shall have the jurisdiction to investigate and fine individuals who violate section 3.2 of this bill as follow:
First offence: Verbal warning + remove ownership off taken offices.
Second offence: $40 Fine + remove ownership off taken offices.
Third offence: $60 Fine + 5 minutes jail time + remove ownership off taken offices.
