Clarify Resisting Arrest to include Invisibility and not coming to spawn

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Resisting Arrest Clarification Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: pepper5980
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: bigpappa140

2 - Reasons
(1) it sucks to be the police officer who has to chase an invisible person. It also sucks to be a police officer and have to chase people.

3 - Terms
The following will be changed from Section 4, subsection (6) of the Miscellaneous Offenses Act of 2022:

(6) Resisting Arrest (Original: Dusty_3 - Jun 21, 2020)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of leaving the server while a Police Officer is pursuing you.
Per Offense: $100 Fine

To:

(6) Resisting Arrest
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of Resisting Arrest by not following the orders of a Police Officer. It is considered Resisting Arrest when an officer orders you twice to do something and you refuse to do it. Resisting Arrest includes not coming to spawn when ordered, not revealing yourself when invisible if ordered, and not pulling over if ordered (when you are being pulled over to be arrested).
Per Offense: $60 Fine, plus an additional $60 for every 15 minutes the suspect commits Resisting Arrest
