Clean up the laws a bit​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Repeal Stupid Laws Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by TheReal42Person.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored Representative Bigpappa140

2 - Reasons
(1) There are a lot of pointless, outdated, or irrelevant laws in Redmont that are not needed anymore.

3 - Repeals
(1) The Contagious Clarification Act is hereby repealed.
(2) The Sign Abuse Act is hereby repealed.
(3) The Verbally Threatening Act is hereby repealed.

4 - The Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act shall be amended as follows:
“(2) - Drugging (Original: A__C - Jun 19, 2022)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of using drugs on another person without their consent or on an animal (pet, livestock, etc.) without the owner’s consent.
Per Offense: $500 Fine + 5 Minutes Jail Time”
All subsequent sections are renumbered to fit this.

“(3) Illicit Arms Possession (Original: LilDigiVert - Dec 5, 2021)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of possessing weaponry without a gun license.
Per Offense: $100 Fine”
All subsequent sections are renumbered to fit this.

5 - The Miscellaneous Offences Act shall be amended as follows:
“(4) Illegal Advertising (Original: ElainaThomas29 - Nov 1, 2022)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of advertising a business or political campaign to a public in-game chat, not responding to a question that someone else asked and not said within /ad.
Per Offense: $100 Fine”
All subsequent sections are renumbered to fit this.

Nay, no reason to remove laws, especially since murder/crime is at an all time high, removing Illicit Arms Possession can make it more difficult to deal with criminals. The laws need to be amended, not removed.
