Redmontian National Formulary

An official guide to approved treatments within the Commonwealth of Redmont. This formulary is intended to support safe, consistent, and practical treatment by doctors and pharmacists.

USING THE RNF​

This formulary provides a clear reference for treatments currently recognised by the Department of Health.
It is intended to help practitioners quickly identify:

• What a treatment is used for (indications);
• What Class a treatment belongs to;
• What side effects a treatment has; and
• How to craft the treatment.

This guide supports clinical judgement, but SHOULD not replace it.

Crafting steps for brewing in the RNF use the following colour code:

• Blue for doctor-only steps
• Green for pharmacist-only steps
• Neutral for steps that can be completed by both doctors and pharmacists

ANTI-INFECTIVES​

ANTIBIOTICS
Class: B
Indications: Blockjaw, Ear Infection, Food Poisoning, Forest Fever
Common Side Effects: Diarrhoea, Nausea, Stomach Ache, Vomiting
Crafting:

Add Brown Mushroom → Simple Culture​

Combine 3x Simple Culture → Antibiotics​

ACICLOVIR
Class: B
Indications: Chickenpox
Common Side Effects: None
Rare Side Effects: Nausea (30% of cases), Headache (10% of cases)
Crafting:

Start with Thick Potion​

Add Egg → Antiviral Tincture​

Add Sugar → Nucleoside Analogue​

Combine 3x Nucleoside Analogue → Aciclovir​

AMOXICILLIN
Class: A
Indications: Ear infection, Forest Fever
Common Side Effects: Stomach Ache
Rare Side Effects: Nausea (5% of cases), Vomiting (5% of cases)
Crafting:

Start with Honey Bottle​

Add Brown Mushroom → Simple Culture​

Add Red Mushroom → Penicillium Culture​

Combine 3x Penicillium Culture → Amoxicillin​

AZYTHROMYCIN
Class: A
Indications: Food Poisoning
Common Side Effects: None
Rare Side Effects: Nausea (5% of cases), Vomiting (5% of cases)
Crafting:

Add Brown Mushroom → Simple Culture​

Add Podzol → Saccharopolyspora Culture​

Combine 3x Saccharopolyspora Culture → Azithromycin​

CHLOROQUINE
Class: B
Indications: Bug Bite Fever
Common Side Effects: Stomach Ache
Crafting:

Start with Thick Potion​

Add Jungle Sapling → Jungle Bark Extract​

Add Magma Cream → Quinine Tincture​

Combine 3x Quinine Tincture → Chloroquine​

DOXYCYCLINE
Class: A
Indications: Forest Fever
Common Side Effects: None
Rare Side Effects: Nausea (30% of cases), Vomiting (5% of cases)

Add Hanging Roots → Streptomyces Culture​

Combine 3x Streptomyces Culture → Doxycycline​

METRONIDAZOLE
Class: A
Indications: Blockjaw
Common Side Effects: None
Rare Side Effects: Nausea (5% of cases), Vomiting (5% of cases)

Add Iron Nugget → Pseudomonas Culture​

Combine 3x Pseudomonas Culture → Metronidazole​
