Overhaul Realtor Benefits​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Resolution may be cited as the 'Realtor Benefit Resolution.'
(2) This Resolution has been authored by: Representative Galavance
(3) This Resolution has been co-sponsored by: Representative MrFluffy2U94, Representative itsBlazeX

2 - Reasons
(1) Realtors currently need more use within the server due to the plot limitations being raised so high.
(2) This bill will allow more people to practice as realtors while keeping their current profession.
(3) Introducing a proper long-term benefit to a Realtor License will provide more roleplay by adding a dependency on the Realtors of the server promoting player-to-player interaction.

3 - Realtor License
(1) Department of Education shall:
(a) Remove the Realtor Profession
(b) Introduce a Realtor License Exam
(2) The Realtor License may be revoked by the DCT for misuse of the Realtor license.

4 - Realtor License Benefits
(1) The Realtor License shall have the following benefits:
(a) Exclusive Access to “/as resell”
(b) Exclusive Access to “/as info forsale”
(c) Exclusive Access to “/as info reselling”
