Amend the Constitution​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Realistic Thresholds Amendment”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted with ⅔ support from both chambers of Congress, Presidential Assent, simple majority via Public Referendum, and only if the “DemocracyCraft Constitution amendment Act (IV) January 2021” is law.

2 - Reasons
(1) Unanimous Assent in addition to 80% in public referendum is beyond unreasonable and will send our Government to a screeching halt.

3 - Terms
(1) “The Democracycraft Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it, subject only to such reasonable limits codified within this constitution that are justified in a free and democratic server.
