1. The new definition of murder only accounts for premeditated murder. This would not apply to spontaneous murders. I'd echo this for the attempted murder proposal.

2. $400 is excessive. I don't see higher fines affecting murder rates as new players are often not aware of the laws until after they have broken them. Taking 4/10 of their starting money, or 8/10 of their balance for two murders would drive players away. I'd echo this for attempted murder proposal.

3. The inclusion of "the victim of the crime can sue the murderer to pay his or her damage on his armor and other personal things" is already covered in the constitution.

4. Recommendations:
(a). Lower proposed fine amounts.
(b). Remove double ups covered under other laws and legal documents.
(c). It seems as though definitions are being adjusted to achieve the same effect, but falling short of what they are intending to accomplish. My recommendation would be to leave the definitions as they are fit for the purposes you are proposing.
(d). Separate the bill into smaller bills.
