To
Prevent the Apocalypse​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “pugbandit Doomsday Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted upon signage.
(3) Authored by Representative pugbandit

2 - Reasons
(1) To protect server at all costs.

(2) To ensure citizens are safe.

(3) For future bills to include protocols of what happens during an “emergency state”



3- Terms

(1) The Speaker of the House, President, Vice President, Department of Justice Secretary, Department of Education and Commerce Secretary, Department of State Secretary, President Pro Tempore will form the “Emergency Council of Urgent Affairs” and shall vote unanimously upon 2 new members to join this council.

(2) If the council deems a member inactive a 2/3 vote can be called to remove them and to replace them.

(3) The council only has one purpose and that is to vote with 7/9 members to declare the State of Redmont in an emergency state.

(4) Congress must be informed immediately if this is called and so is rest of cabinet.

(5) The President may announce this state of emergency when the President feels it is safest for nation.
