To
Restrict Public Indecency
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Public Indecency Act 2020”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Profanity
(1) Public Indecency, in this bill, will refer to: Use of, nudity (skins or language/actions), sexual acts, and any way to make a minor uncomfortable in our server.
(2) Public Indecency can make a minor/young person very uncomfortable, and they may leave the server. Public Indecency does not just make minors uncomfortable but also mature adults. The use of nude skins or any relation to nudity will be punishable (section 3). Sexual acts or any relation to sexual things will be punishable (section 3).
3 - Punishment
(1) If a player is guilty they will be liable to the following punishments:
First Offence: $50 fine + verbal warning.
Second Offence: $100 fine + warning (2 points)
Third Offence: 3 day ban.
(2) This is a rule and it will therefore be staff enforced.
