To
Protect custom made skins of players.
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Protection Skins Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was penned by representative Poemhunter with approval from Ansgard_1st
2 - Reasoning
The bills purpose is to ensure the protection of skins of players that have been made for them personally. This does not include pre made skins only skins that can be proved by the hand made from scratch.
3 - Definition
(1) The player must prove that they have made/had made for them by submitting a document contain the proof of who creator of the skin.
(2) The then must submit the application to the DPA, of which they must approve.
(3) The Skin then will be trademarked and only upon request can another player used a personalised sk
4. Consequence
(1) First Offence: removal of skin and will be warned
(2) Second Offence: $200 fine awarded to player at loss and removal of skin
(3) Third Offence $500 fine awarded to player at loss and removal of skin
