Hi, my company, Realtors4U, has seen a stampede of demand in Oakridge for businesses and housing. Since we are a realting company, we can guarantee that the property can be filled up fast. We will build high-value ground floor commercial plots that will be under residential apartments to be rented/leased. We are looking to do this to build connections in Oakridge, Help support the growth of Oakridge's economy and for further investment oppurtunities in Oakridge.
We would like to invest further in Oakridge if we reach our goals.
Our goals are to obtain a plot, renovate/build commercial properties and housing leases/rent inside.
After this, we project that the valuation of the building will be higher than money spent on it. This matters because we plan to remortgage the plot and strongly suspect that the capital is higher than the mortgage payments, with the excess capital, we will use it to support more investments in Oakridge. Remortgaging the plot is important as we get the value of the plot basically for free, and it gives us more oppurtunity to invest in Oakridge. We are seeking for the maximum grant of 10k and we can finance the rest by ourselves, we only seek the 10k as it can help us start investing in Oakridge a lot sooner, and effectively.
