Make illegal prison escape

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
  1. This Act may be cited as the “Prison Escape Act”.
  2. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
  3. Authored by Representative Fieweyy and Senator Ansgard_Ist

2 - Reasons for Proposal
  1. Recently, some players found a way to escape prison and were not punished.
  2. There is actually no punishment for evading prison

3 - Terms
  1. Make illegal the prison evasion
  2. Add the following article to the “Miscellaneous Laws” section of the rules and laws of the Commonwealth of Redmont:

Prison Escape
The action of getting out of the prison before the end of the jail duration.
1st offence: $200 fine
2nd offence: $350 fine + 5 min jail in addition of the original jail duration
3rd offence: $500 fine + 10 min jail in addition of the original jail duration

I believe the plugins make it impossible or at least impossible without use of bug exploitation to escape jail early so... Sure, bill granted assent and signed into law.​

Move the Law 15.29 Prison Escape to a different Law Section

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Prison Escape Moving Act ".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Th0re_
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative AndreyMia

2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this bill is to move the Law 15.29 Prison Escape to the PVP & Trespassing Law section.
(2) This will also (hopefully) create a better way to find this law.

3 - Reasons
(1) Breaking the law Prison Escape would fit more to trespassing than to Miscellaneous.
(2) The Law makes more sense at Section 13. of the Laws, creating a better overview to find it.

4 - Move “15.29 - Prison Escape
The action of getting out of the prison before the end of the jail duration.
First Offence: $200 Fine
Second Offence: $350 + 5 minutes jail in addition to the original jail duration.
Third Offence: $500 Fine + 10 minutes jail in addition to the original jail duration.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage
(3) This bill has been co-sponsored by: Rep, Azdrus

2 - Reasons
(1) If you try to escape prison the plugin auto puts you back into it if you manage to get out and so it is not possible to truly escape prison with this plugin always active.

3 - Rescind
