Hello @poy1 , Legal Entity Act Part III, Section 1(8)(d) states that the Company Docket must record "The appointment, election, removal or resignation of a director, manager, or officer and must mention their name and title." This Amendment adds Dawg1324 as an Officer of the Incorporated Entity with the specific title "Corporate Legal Counsel / Company Lawyer". Whilst this post correctly files the appointment, the Legal Entity Act Part III, Section 2(1) also states that "The Incorporated Entity Summary shall be the first post in the Company Docket and shall be updated without undue delay by the incorporated entity". Please edit the actual first post to include Dawg1324 in the Officer list.
 
Hello, thank you for the notice! I have successfully edited the first post in the Company Docket (Incorporated Entity Summary) to include Dawg1324 as our Corporate Legal Counsel / Company Lawyer. Everything should now be fully compliant with the Legal Entity Act.
 
Pursuant to the Court Order, this legal entity is hereby placed under Receivership, with the Department of Commerce (CO: fickogames) acting as the sole Receiver.

Pursuant to Part III, Section 4(2)(b) of the Legal Entity Act, this filing on the Company Docket serves as the formal delivery of notice to the entity. Pursuant to Part I, Section 3(3) of the Legal Entity Act, the Department of Commerce, as Receiver, now assumes all powers of the directors, managers, and members of this entity.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
Acting with the cumulative authority of the management and shareholders under receivership, the Department of Commerce as Receiver hereby adopts and approves this resolution to dissolve this entity, pursuant to Part III, Section 10 of the Legal Entity Act and in accordance with Part VII, Section 2(2).

The winding-up process shall commence immediately under Part III, Section 10(7) of the Legal Entity Act. Any creditors, contractual parties, or members have fourteen (14) days from the publication of this announcement in #government-announcements to contact the Department of Commerce regarding outstanding claims, debts, or assets. Pursuant to Part III, Section 10(6)(a) of the Legal Entity Act, failure to do so will result in the voluntary and permanent forfeiture of those claims.
