Case Filing

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Plura72
Plaintiff

v.

JuniperFig (In her official capacity as Ex-Attorney General Of the Commonwealth of Redmont.)
The Commonwealth of Redmont
Defendants

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

During her time in office, JuniperFig repeatedly demonstrated a pattern of favoritism, lack of transparency, and disregard for both departmental policy and the integrity of the justice system. I believe these actions rise to the level of criminal incompetence, corruption, and nepotism.

It is clear from the evidence that many individuals hired by JuniperFig during her two terms as Acting Attorney General had close personal or political ties to her, including romantic partners, spouses, and party affiliates. These individuals were appointed without any clear evidence of qualifications, competitive hiring processes, or consideration of more suitable candidates. This strongly suggests a misuse of office to reward allies rather than serve the public interest.

Additionally, one individual—AsexualDinosaur—held two positions at once: as a prosecutor and as Public Defender Director. This is a direct conflict of interest and should never have been permitted. Despite my attempts to alert the Department of Justice through an anonymous tip, no investigation or action was taken. Just days later, the Employment Policy & Code of Conduct was quietly changed in a way that seems directly intended to cover for this conflict.

I believe JuniperFig knowingly allowed and participated in practices that undermined the fairness and legality of the justice system. She placed loyalty and personal ties above qualifications and legal standards, harming the credibility of the Department of Justice and the trust of the public.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
(1) Criminal Incompetence

The plaintiff believes that her decisions and actions as Attorney General weren’t just mistakes—they were reckless or negligent to the point of violating the law or her official duties.
(2) Accomplice to Conflict Violation:

The plaintiff is accusing JuniperFig of helping or allowing someone (specifically AsexualDinosaur) to hold two roles that conflict with each other—being both a prosecutor and the Public Defender Director at the same time. That’s a major conflict of interest. By not stopping this or by allowing it to happen, she’s being accused of helping break the rules about fair and impartial justice.
(3) Violation of Departamental Policy

This means JuniperFig broke the rules or policies set by the Department of Justice—specifically those related to hiring or qualifications for certain positions. The complaint also points out that policies may have been changed under her leadership in a way that helped her allies or family members, which would be a clear misuse of authority.
(4) Nepotism
Nepotism is when someone gives special treatment to their friends or family when hiring or making official decisions. The complaint says JuniperFig hired a bunch of people she had personal relationships with—like spouses, friends, or party allies—without fair hiring processes or proper qualifications. It claims this was favoritism, not based on merit.
(5) Corruption
The plaintiff believes JuniperFig used her position for personal gain or to help people close to her in unfair or dishonest ways. That includes hiring friends and spouses, ignoring rules, and possibly changing policies to protect or benefit those people. In short, they’re saying she abused her power for her own interests.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
(1) 750,000.00 in Damages
(2) Removal From Office as President Of The commonwealth of Redmont

(Attach evidence and a list of witnesses at the bottom if applicable)

Motion

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION FOR RECUSAL

The Plaintiff respectfully moves that Justice Smallfries recuse themselves from this case, and in support thereof, respectfully alleges:

1. Justice Smallfries has a close personal relationship with the Defendant that could reasonably call into question their ability to remain impartial in this matter.

2. Justice Smallfries currently sits on the Chancery in Alexandria alongside Juniperfig, creating an ongoing professional relationship that presents an actual or perceived conflict of interest.

3. The close personal and professional ties between Justice Smallfries and Juniperfig could reasonably cause parties to question whether Justice Smallfries can render an impartial decision in a case seeking the removal of Defendant from the Vice Presidency.

4. To preserve the integrity of these proceedings, recusal is necessary to avoid any appearance of bias or conflict of interest.

Evidence

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT

The plaintiff respectfully enters the following into evidence

p-008

the defendant in this screenshot shows to consider personal feelings when hiring someone which strenghs the plaintiff's nepotism claim.

p-009
it shows Multiman155 (plaintiff's spouce) deligimizing the plaintiffs claims and lying by claiming that others were denied. during Juniperfig's first tenture the only individual she refused to hire was the defedant investigator applications.

p-010
this can be interpreted as a tactic admission by the plaintiff to nepotism, therefore it is extremely relevant to the case at hand.

In a 3-0 decision, the Supreme Court dismisses this case sua sponte for lack of standing. The Plainitff lacks standing to argue before this court under Rule 2.1(3). The removal of officials may only be sought in a criminal trial or when it is alleged that the official obtained their office illegitimately.
