Protect Individuals Pertaining to Improper Parking & Understanding Property Usage

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​



1 - Short Title and Enactment

This Act may be cited as the “Protect Individuals Pertaining to Improper Parking & Understanding Property Usage Act” or as the “PIPIPUPU Act”.
  1. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
  2. This Bill was written by Representative LilDigiVert with majority input from BubbaRC and byeSprite,

3 – Terms

Replace “Improper Parking
Parking a vehicle on public or government land, not on private land or in a designated parking bay.
Per Offence: Vehicle Impounded ($60 fee on release)”


With “Improper Parking
Parking a vehicle on a public or government land, not in at designated parking bay, property owners have full discretion of this on their property however the vehicle owner can contest this in court
Per Offence: Vehicle Impounded ($60 fee on release)”
