Phetora Estate is a new founded Real Estate Agency, which now owns 3 Willow Plots.

The plan for the Willow Plots is to demolish and then renovate for a better purpose and aesthetic. The plots will then be sold afterwards to players who can utilize the new farm plots for their farmer career.

Not only will we provide with a fresh and clean farm plot for upcoming farmers, but the farmers will have a place to efficiently grow their crops and forward the marketing,

Phetora Estate is requesting a grant to help cover the part-demolishing company & resources to renovate, to bring 3 new Willow Plots to life.
