A BILL TO
Repeal the Pet Limitations Act

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Pet Roaming Act’
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Angryhamdog.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative .Savannah212467.
(5) This Act repeals the following acts:
(a) Pet Roaming Act

2 - Reasons
(1) Server preformance should be a Staff Manner, and they can request individuals to limit actions if necessary
(2) This is not enforced (and is likely unenforceable due to current law), and appears to just be an act without significant purpose.
(3) The DOI has the power to set additional policy for manners such as adoption limits, which is the current primary purpose of this act.
(4) It's fun to occasionally have a lot of pets follow you. It's less fun to be told that it's illegal.

PART II — TERMS

3 - Repealed Acts
(1) The Pet Limitations Act shall be repealed.
