Re-Reform Wild Regions​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Personal Project Protections Act” or as the “Tripe Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill was authored by Interior Secretary winterwolf.
(4) This bill was cosponsored by

2 - Reasons
(1) To replace the Third WAP Act.
(2) To ensure that personal wild regions remain true to staff intent.
(3) To address plugin limitations.
(4) To provide a guideline for personal wild regions.
(5) To allow the Department of the Interior to evict personal wild regions as per staff intent.
(6) To provide reasoning for rangers to get paid for work done in international land.
(7) This act should not be changed unless staff policy changes.

3 - Repeal
(1) The Third WAP Act will be repealed in its entirety.

4 - Terms
(1) Each person may own one region in the wild subject to these terms:
(a) Personal wild regions
(i) Personal wild regions can be created at any time through the claim plugin in the wilderness.
(ii) Unless both parties consent, two regions require a buffer space of 25 blocks. No personal wild regions may be merged or sold to other players or corporations.
(iii) With no exceptions, no wild region may be in an airstrip's block protected radius.
(iv) Personal regions cost $10 per claimed block, up to 4096 blocks in area.

5 - Evictability
(1) The Department of the Interior shall retain jurisdiction to establish regulations outside of this law and to evict wild regions in accordance with staff intent. These regulations will be listed under Department policy and will be displayed on the relevant rules and laws page node.

6 - Grandfather Clause
(1) All personal wild regions created prior to the passing of this act count towards the one region limit.
(2) All personal wild regions created by staff with the areashop plugin are considered personal wild regions.
