CONGRESS OF THE
COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT






A BILL TO
Allow instant pruning of Deported Players Assets






The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Permanently Deported Prunes Act’
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Angryhamdog, on request of Commerce Secretary Elysiacrynn.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Omegabiebel.
(5) This Act amends the following act:
(a) Economic Standards Act

2 - Reasons
(1) A three month cooldown puts perma-deported assets in limbo for three months.
(2) Creditors can get their money from deported players much faster if they can go through the DOC as soon as they are permanently deported.

PART II — TERMS

3 - Amendments

The Economic Standards Act shall be amended as follows:

5 - Deported Player Assets
(1) Financial Assets:
(a) All money/funds remaining in a permanently deported/banned player's balance, along with the entire balances of all unincorporated businesses solely owned by the player, will be transferred to the government balance via a prune by the Department of Commerce.
(i) Permanently deported/banned players and their unincorporated businesses cannot be pruned until three months have passed since the date they were punished.
 

Presidential Assent


This is common sense; thank you to the drafters and to the Congress for swiftly passing it.

This bill is hereby granted Presidential Assent and is signed into law.
