In accordance with Part III, Section 9(8)(a) of the Legal Entity Act, the 14-day winding-up process has ended following 14 days since the announcement in #government-announcements.NOTICE OF RECEIVERSHIP
On 15 February 2026, Compliance Officer Gribble19 provided a notice to this entity that under Part VIII, Section 1(1) of the Legal Entity Act (LEA), all interest-based LLCs were required to convert to a Corporation within 30 days of the Act's passage. As this entity has failed to convert within the statutory deadline, pursuant to Part VIII, Section 1(1)(b) of the LEA, this legal entity is hereby placed under Receivership, with the Department of Commerce (DOC) acting as the sole Receiver.
Pursuant to Part I, Section 3(3) of the LEA, the DOC now assumes all powers of the directors, managers, and members of this entity.
RESOLUTION OF DISSOLUTION
Acting with the cumulative authority of the membership and management, the DOC as Receiver hereby adopts and approves this resolution to dissolve this entity, pursuant to Part III, Section 9 of the LEA and in accordance with Part VIII 1(1)(b).
The winding-up process shall commence immediately. Any creditors, contractual parties, or members have 14 days from the time this is announced in #governmnent-announcements to contact the DOC regarding outstanding claims, debts, or assets. Failure to do so will result in the voluntary and permanent forfeiture of those claims.
