What position are you applying for? Compliance Officer
Why do you think you are suited to the position you are applying for? I have extensive experience in finance and business matters.
- I have 3 months experience as second in command of the (at the time) second or third largest bank of the server
- I have 8 months experience as first in command of that same bank. I made sure it survived the VNB banking crisis and pulled it out of its dip.
- I have several months of experience managing an investment fund.
- I took part in the handling of the VNB banking crisis from start to finish. I helped handle the crisis from the monopoly charge that caused the commandeering of VNB to the creation of SOWF. I took part in the handling of the knock on effects such as the collapse of the Exchange and Voyager.
- I wrote the Federal Reserve Act and overhauled a paralyzed institution, creating the healthy institution that the FRB is today.
- I wrote the Legal Entity Act and completely overhauled corporate law, significantly increasing transparency and clarity regarding corporations and LLCs. The fact that I wrote it and came up with it gives me the unique advantage of having truly in depth knowledge of the legislation and its intent, inspirations, possibilities but also limitations.
- I completely built the accounting system from the ground up in Volt and ALTA, moving them from a mess of spreadsheets into a professional system (GNUCash)
- I have written and reviewed quite a few economic and compliance bills.
- I'm generally interested in corporations, finance and economics.
