EVICTION REGULATIONS:

• Any player who has less than 6 hours of playtime in the last 30 days, or is permanently banned/deported, may be evicted from their plots after being given no less than 1 week's
  notice by the Office of Development.

• Any player who exceeds the plot limits set out in Section 15 of the Aventura Property Standards Act may be evicted from their plots after being given no less than 1 week’s notice by the Office of Development.
  
  
• Any plot that has no significant progress within 14 days of purchase or has been left empty for over 14 days may be evicted after being given no less than 1 week's notice by the Office of Development.

• Any plot that has an invalid commercial purpose may be evicted after being given no less than 2 weeks’ notice by the Office of Development.

• Any island plot that meets the eyesore definition may be evicted after being given no less than 2 weeks’ notice by the Office of Development.

DEFINITIONS:
Commercial Purpose: A commercial purpose is when a plot demonstrates active trade, rentals, or services that reflect real engagement, not just a placeholder to dodge inactivity.

Eyesore: A plot that has a box/pyramid shape, few or no windows, property clutter, basic materials (e.g. dirt, cobble; use of limited blocks, i.e. building a structure out of just quartz), a floating or unsupported structure, clashing colours/materials, an unrealistic interior, or a plain stone exterior terrain, is an eyesore.

INSPECTORS:
Article I of the Constitution of Aventura states: “..in which they [Head of Offices] can appoint and fire employees in accordance with federal legislation.”. In accordance with this, the Head of Development may hire Inspectors to assist in evictions at his own discretion. Additionally, the Head of Development, independent from this policy, may create payment regulations at his own discretion.
