<OBA Simplification Act 2.0>
The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'OBA Simplification Act 2.0.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Wander1ng_Trader
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Dino_Gril19
2 - Reasons
4 - Payment
(1) There is to be a $400 per week charge $1600 monthly charge, which is to be delivered to the town government account.
(a) This can be prepaid for up to 4 weeks at a time.
(ba) If by the Thursday of any given week, the payment has not been delivered, their account is considered as elapsed. If by the 5th day of each month the payment has not been delivered, their account is considered elapsed
(cb) Elapsed accounts do not enjoy any of the benefits.
(2) This only applies for a company that has a Property Registry Account.

- As it currently stands the Office of Commerce has an incredibly hard time tracking OBA payment plans. This hopes to turn it from a weekly payment to a monthly payment

(1) There is to be a $400 per week charge $1600 monthly charge, which is to be delivered to the town government account.
(a) This can be prepaid for up to 4 weeks at a time.
