COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

On the 23rd of April, the defendant agreed to an agreement which saw the Oakridge Credit Line loan out $5,000 to the defendant. In the agreement, it was agreed that the defendant would repay the owed debt. This was, in total, the $5,000 loaned out, a previous loan of $3,000, a $300 application fee, and an additional $1,000 application fee.

In the agreement, the defendant agreed to repay this on the 18th of March. The Oakridge Credit Line has yet to receive a single payment despite several reminders and the defendant promising to pay.

1. The defendant agreed to take out a loan.
2. The defendant failed to repay on the agreed upon time.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. That the defendant repay the owed debt in full according to the agreement both parties made.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The owed amount of $9,600, in accordance with the agreement.
