NUKE THE WILD
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ”Nuke the Wild Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Representative Yeet_Boy
(4) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Representative FTGWop
2 - Reasons
People can be punished for using nuclear weapons (Fatmans & MiniNukes) in the wilderness despite it being a 'law-free zone'
3 - Amendment to the law
All laws regarding the use and ownership of nuclear weapons (Fatmans & MiniNukes) are rendered null within the wilderness. This does not, however, include the selling and distribution of nuclear weapons (Fatmans & MiniNukes).
