Amend the Property regulations Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the 'No more math Act'

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by plura72.

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by <user>.

2 - Reasons

(1) Many players have dificulties calculating levy amounts
(2) to amend the Proprety Regulations Act
(3) some players trick others into entering the wrong levy amount making their bids invalid.


3- Amendment to the Plot Regulations Act

3 - Auction Levy

(1) There shall be a tax on all eviction auctions held by the Department of Construction and Transportation based on the amount of plots the player making the winning bid has at bid submission.
(a) Town plots, wild plots, and residential plots shall be exempt from both the tax itself and the calculations for the tax.
(2) The following tax schedule shall be used:

(4) Players who must pay auction levy tax must calculate and include the tax amount percentage separately in their bid message.
(5) If such a player wins the auction, the Department of Construction and Transportation will charge the tax
in addition to the bid amount. The property will only be transferred once the tax is paid. If the player cannot pay, the auction is void, a new one will be held, the plot will be offered to the previous bidder. if they do not want it anymore, the auction shall be restarted, and the player will be charged with Auction Levy Neglect.
(6) Bids missing
or miscalculating the required tax percentage are invalid.
