Regulate the Global Chat​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Nacho's Public Intoxication Act March 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage
(3) This bill has been authored by the citizen Nacholebraa

2 - Reasons

It is annoying to see people speak in global chat when they know they are drunk.

3 - Changes

1) Added to the Section 3 (Chat Rules) the point Point 3.15 of the Rules and Laws document:
a) Drunk Talking
b) Talking in the Global chat while being drunk.
First Offence: Warning
Second Offence: 10 min mute in global chat
