Strenghten the law on murders​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ”Murder Act of November 2020''.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Strenghtenning of the punishments

(1) Aim and reasons

The aim of this reinforcement is to reduce the number of murders and reduce server crime

(2) Increasing of the fines

Actual law:
"Murder is the act of unlawfully killing another player.
Note: This law overrides Attempted Murder.
Per Offence: $100 Fine + 10 Minutes Jail"

Would be changed to

"Murder is the act of unlawfully killing another player.
Note: This law overrides Attempted Murder.
Per Offence: $125 Fine + 15 Minutes Jail"
