In reviewing this case, his criminal record and the Standardized Criminal Code Act, the Office of the Attorney General is satisfied that the plaintiff meets the requirements laid out in the act and agree with the Expungement.

I hereby order the following charges be cleared from Mr_Penguin5665's criminal record:
