Nature of business: The nature and purpose of the Company is to operate as a general commercial and holding entity for the Mountain community. The Company shall have the power to conduct or promote any lawful business activity, including but not limited to commerce, trade, the provision of services, and the establishment and oversight of subsidiary companies and departmental entities that operate under the Mountain brand. Subsidiaries shall be treated as separate legal entities for liability purposes unless otherwise provided by law. It shall be sufficient to state, either alone or with other businesses or purposes, that the purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a Limited Liability Company may be organised under the Laws of Redmont, and by such statement all lawful acts and activities shall be within the purposes of the Company, except for express limitations as provided herein.
