Denied Motion to create the position of "BAR Investigator"

I, CreeperTD, move to create a new position titled "BAR Investigator" charged with conducting investigations into matters for the BAR Council in order to allow for quicker, more efficient, and more professional investigations when required. They will be expected to create reports to submit to the council upon request, and will be paid per investigation as determined by the council on a case-by-case basis. This person will be selected by the council after an internal vote on the candidate. Until the next congressional budget, this person will be paid by Councillor CreeperTD.
