Accepted Motion to Create a List of Censured BAR Members [BAR 02-07]

[NoMoreUno]

Councilor 00f3 has motioned to create a page in the Information and Policy section of the BAR forum that lists every member of the BAR with an active censure against them. This page could serve as an advisory to those seeking legal services, and allows current censures to be easily accessible to the public without having to search through the "Passed Motions" section. The list shall include the BAR member being censured and a short summary of the reasoning (including a list of the BAR Code of Conduct violations).
