Accepted Motion to Censure monkey_itay

I, CreeperTD, move to censure Barrister monkey_itay for violating the Legal Code of Conduct, specifically the section titled “Misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI)”, in the case monkey_itay v. DiehardGameFAM [2026] DCR 124 . The barrister’s filings in this case show clear signs of AI misuse, including but limited to: (1) multiple unsupported propositions of law, (2) blending of real life and redmont legal concepts, and (3) a complete lack of proper formatting which suggests that the entire filing was copy pasted from elsewhere. This becomes more obvious with the way in which the barrister responded to the Presiding Officer’s Order to Show Cause, which was undoubtedly created in it’s entirety by AI. One sign of AI misuse in this filling is the assertion that a case dismissed without any proceedings having taken place, Toadking v. Culls [2025] DCR 57, as supporting the existence and practicability of the tort of Civil Assault. The BAR should publicly denounce this behavior as unacceptable within the Redmontian legal profession.
