Accepted Motion to Censure MMiqa

I, OwnedBlock, move to censure Attorney MMiqa for multiple violations of the BAR Code of Conduct (after consideration of their response to evidence), specifically the sections listed below, with brief explanations as to each violation:

• General Principles - Trust and Integrity - integrity breach is severe due to the negligence in their inclusion of Wrongful Death as claim in MMiqa v. Department of Homeland Security [2026] DCR 77, citing Criminal Code Act, while no criminal act like this is in its text, which could have been verified with a simple text search
• Court Relations - Court Rules of Conduct, Paragraph 1 - due to negligent disregard for Court Rules and Procedures as well as the Objections guide due to multiple argumentative objections in MMiqa v. rykazard [2026] DCR 69 (posts numbered #9-#12)
• Misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI) - the claim for this violation stems from the following indications of AI use:
  • 4 cases ongoing on the date of 15th of June 2026: MMiqa v. rykazard [2026] DCR 69, MMiqa v. ZachOfPotatoes10 [2026] DCR 91, MMiqa v. DHS [2026] DCR 77 and MMiqa v. Ognqn [2026] DCR 72 (likely showing an overwhelming amount of work done by a human lawyer)
  • response consisting of 1000+ words within a 11 minutes of posting of an objection by Ebborsnam within MMiqa v. DHS [2026] DCR 77 (original objection is post numbered #54, MMiqa's response is contained within posts #55-#57)
  While closely following the case and pre-drafting and/or templatization of responses could partially explain the speedy response, the BAR council deems this argument non-persuasive due to the fact that reading Ebborsnam's response alone would take about 5 minutes and certainly more than 6 minutes to comprehend and review, which is the minimum for human review.

Given the multiple violations of its code of conduct, BAR should publicly denounce this behavior as unacceptable within the Redmontian legal profession.
